I think I might have been one of the first people to meet Coach Chris. One day at summer camp I was sitting with my sister on the swings before practice started, and Chris just walked up and sat down next to us and introduced himself as the new coach. I was a lot more relived after that, because I didn’t know who this random guy was who was coming up to swing next to me! So that was the first time I met Coach Chris. I also remember that Chris let me hold Crew for the first time last summer! After bugging him a ton he let me, but first I had to put on hand sanitizer! It was worth it though:) Oh and thank you Chris for putting up with Annika and my shenanigans. We always meant well. Thank you for being so devoted to the team, for giving good racing advice, and for caring so much. I’m going to miss you.
